Shlesh is an IIT Bombay graduate and Software Engineer working on agentic enterprise search, retrieval systems, and applied ML. His work spans foundation models, multimodal AI, and production-grade AI systems. He also mentors students on JEE preparation, IIT counselling, placement preparation, and early career decisions, drawing from his experience as a student mentor for juniors at IIT Bombay.
